One year after kicking into action, the CMBS practice at Toronto-based Dominion Bond Rating Service is gaining some ground against its heavyweight competitors. It’s winning positive comments from major firms, some of whom say its “refreshing” reports adhere less to strict models than those from US ratings agencies.
