Sacramento-based Tim Egan is senior advisor for strategic policy planning and legislative affairs to the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. At the FEA's recent annual conference in Las Vegas, Egan introduced a summary of a model law that could be adopted by states for the qualified intermediary industry.
