The newest public net lease REIT on the block, Newkirk Realty Trust Inc., disclosed in its year-end results announcement late last month that it formed a strategic alliance with U.S. Realty Advisors LLC, the Manhattan-based net lease property advisor heavyweight that invests on behalf of several pension funds and GE Real Estate.
