Los Angeles-based StarPoint Properties LLC, a real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, development and repositioning of multifamily and retail projects, recently established ExchangePoint LLC, an affiliate company that focuses on 1031 exchanges and tenant-in-common investments by acting as a syndicate sponsor. The new company will be led by Mark Forman.
