The companies under the Inland Group of Cos. umbrella are no strangers to investment joint ventures or single-tenant properties. Both areas were brought together in the latest transaction for Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc., which purchased eight freestanding retail properties with Ceruzzi Holdings subsidiaries via a series of individual joint ventures.
