Industry Update: Shareholders Vote for LXP/Newkirk Merger

Shareholders of Lexington Corporate Properties Trust and Newkirk Realty Trust Inc. voted recently in favor of a pending merger. The transaction is expected to close on the last day of the year, LXP CEO T. Wilson Eglin says.
