Among the presentations at last month’s Tenant-in-Common Association symposium was a numbers-filled discussion, “State of the TIC/1031 Market,” examining the converging 1031, net-lease and TIC markets. The idea behind the panel: the growth of the TIC investment vehicle has been largely a reaction to the state of the1031 exchange market.
