When CapWest Securities Inc. was formed in the mid-’90s, it was a small BD with 10 or 15 registered reps and a focus on traditional investments such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds. But its transformation into what it is today began in November 2005 when a group of reps came over from another broker-dealer.
