Douglas E. Johnston Jr. has joined SCI Real Estate Investments as CEO and plans to leverage his past professional experience to help the TIC real estate provider grow. Components of the company’s overall growth strategy include a possible securities product to be offered alongside its real estate TICs and attracting foreign investors into its deals; it is also beefing up its team on both the acquisitions and investor development sides of the business.
